Founders

Team of professionals from healthcare and technology founded iDocsWeb to address challenges at Long-term/Skilled Nursing Facilities by building a comprehensive Telehealth platform to enhance quality of care through remote treatment in place.

Dr. Suresh Nellore, MD

CEO and Founder

Dr. Nellore is an Infectious Disease specialist, practicing in St. Louis, MO. He is a successful physician, entrepreneur, and a visionary. He is passionate about solving problems encountered in healthcare industry. Leveraging his many years of experience, he designed a comprehensive Telemedicine platform for LTCs from ground-up. He championed innovative solutions for implementing the platform with minimal facility disruption. His ability to bring likeminded professionals and partners enriched the platform with innovative features.

Dr. Nellore is also an educator and teaches students and residents from various universities. He served as chairman of the Department of Infectious Diseases and Infection Control at the local hospitals.

Dr. Bharath Rayasam, Ph.D.

CTO and Co-founder

Dr. Rayasam is a 20+ year Information Technology veteran. He worked at organizations such as Blockbuster, JC Penney, Sabre, and Intuit. He leveraged his diverse experience in Digital Transformation, Product Innovation, and User Experience in building a comprehensive Telemedicine platform for LTCs. He partnered with various levels of Healthcare leaders, closely observed and learnt LTC practices while building the solution. He is passionate about building solutions that are comprehensive yet simple to use, taking the user a mere few minutes to learn.

Dr. Rayasam obtained his Doctorate in Engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina and MBA from IRMA, India. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at University of Texas, Dallas in their School of Management.

Dr. Anton Georgiev, DO FACS

CMO and Co-founder

Dr. Georgiev is a practicing Laparoscopic Surgeon with nearly two decades of experience. As Chief Medical Officer, he ensures that doctors provide effective medical services to LTC residents. He provides clinical guidance to doctors, leads innovative policy changes, and continuously evaluates quality metrics to improve services. He currently oversees all reimbursement related matters within the organization. He also heads training of new physicians on the policies and keep current medical staff up-to-date on changing health regulations

Dr. Georgiev graduated medical school at AT Still University in Kirksville MO and completed his residency at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore MD. He also serves as faculty member at The Commonwealth Medical College in Scranton, PA.
